NTT QONOQ, INC. will be terminating the service of "twipet" at 2:00 PM on November 15th, 2024(JST).

Since its launch, "twipet" has been loved and supported by many customers, and we have continuously developed the service to provide better experience. However, we think that it is difficult to continue offering a service that meets our customers' satisfaction and we have decided to discontinue the service.
We extend our deepest gratitude to all our customers who have used the service, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

1. Timeline of the Service Termination
■ October 1st, 2024, at 2:00 PM(JST):
  ・ The app will no longer be available for download on AppStore/Google Play.
  ・ New subscriptions to the Premium Plan will be halted.
■ November 15th, 2024, at 2:00 PM(JST):
  ・ Service termination, official website, and official social media accounts will cease operations.
* Please note that after the service ends, all features of the app will no longer be accessible.

2. Actions Related to Service Termination
■ User Information:
  ・ All user information collected during the use of the service will be responsibly deleted by us after the service ends.

■ Cancellation of Premium Plan:
  ・ Customers who are subscribed to the Premium Plan need to cancel the subscription by the following steps before the service ends.

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap on your profile icon.
3. Tap on [Subscriptions].
4. Tap on [twipet Premium Plan] under the twipet icon.
5. Tap on [Cancel Subscription].
