You can display a pet's feelings in real time by simply holding a smartphone over a pet. You can also take photos and videos of your pet with the phrases generated by Twipet. Those photos and videos are easily shared on various social media platforms.

What kind of setting does this app have?

You can register information such as the pet's name, species, personality, owner's name, and type of speech bubble.

Is it able to "Guess the Mood" of multiple pets?

It does not support analyzing multiple pets simultaneously.

Can I register multiple pets?

Currently, you can register only 1 pet. We plan to support multiple pets in the future.

How many characters does this app accept for owner's name?

It accepts up to 10 characters.

Can I use custom phrases that I made?

Custom phrases are not supported. The app only displays phrases generated by the system. The app generates different phrases every time tapping "Guess the Mood" button.

How can I share photos and videos captured on this app?

You can share by tapping the 'Share' button that appears after taking a photo.

Can I use this app for animals other than dogs and cats?

You can select the animal type in the Pet's Profile settings. By selecting "Other", you can enjoy Twipet with other animals. This feature is still in beta version, therefore it isn't guaranteed to work correctly.

Can I manually adjust the position of the speech bubble?

You cannot manually adjust the position of the speech bubble. The position of the speech bubble is automatically determined based on the location of the pet.

Is it possible to generate phrases for animals other than the registered pet?

You can re-register pet's information on the Pet's Profile settings, and generate phrases for other pets.

Do you have a plan to add more personality in the future?

Yes, we plan to add more personality in the future.

Can I change the language of the app?

Yes. Currently, it supports English and Japanese. You can change the language at the device language setting.

Troubleshooting

I can't tap the "Guess the Mood" button.

If your pet is not in the view of camera, the "Guess the Mood" button is not activated. Please try to adjust the camera angle and distance and make sure your pet is within the camera frame.

The app doesn't show good phrases as expected.

If the situation is more characteristic, this app generates more interesting phrases. Please try to adjust the camera angle and distance to include surroundings of your pet within the camera frame.

The app doesn't show phrased properly when there are multiple pets in the scene.

It does not support analyzing multiple pets simultaneously. If there are multiple pets in the camera frame, it might not work correctly. Please try to adjust the camera angle and distance, and include only one pet within the camera frame.

It doesn't play any sound when I tap the "Attention Sound" button.

Please check that your device is not in silent mode.

It doesn't show any phrases and speech bubbles when I tap the "Guess the Mood" button.

Please check internet connection.

Where are the photos and videos captured with this app saved?

Photos and videos taken with the app are saved only on your device. To save photos and videos, you need to grant access to your album.

Are photos and videos saved to clouds or servers?

No. Photos and videos taken with the app are not stored on any clouds and servers.

Please tell me how to restore the Premium Plan when switching phones.

Login to the new device using the same Apple ID / Google Account that was used on the previous device with the Premium Plan, and then download the app and restore the Premium Plan on the app.

Can I restore the Premium Plan when switching the phone from iOS to Android / from Android to iOS?

You cannot transfer the Premium Plan between iOS and Android. You have to cancel the Premium Plan before switching the phones and subscribe the Premium Plan again on the new device.

Can I restore the Premium Plan when I delete the app?

You can restore the Premium Plan by following steps.

- App Store: Tap the crown icon on the top right corner of the home screen and tap the "Restore Purchases" button.

- Google Play: After launching the app, the Premium Plan will be restored automatically.
