You cannot manually adjust the position of the speech bubble. The position of the speech bubble is automatically determined based on the location of the pet.

If your pet is not in the view of camera, the "Guess the Mood" button is not activated. Please try to adjust the camera angle and distance and make sure your pet is within the camera frame.

Login to the new device using the same Apple ID / Google Account that was used on the previous device with the Premium Plan, and then download the app and restore the Premium Plan on the app.
You cannot transfer the Premium Plan between iOS and Android. You have to cancel the Premium Plan before switching the phones and subscribe the Premium Plan again on the new device.
You can restore the Premium Plan by following steps.
- App Store: Tap the crown icon on the top right corner of the home screen and tap the "Restore Purchases" button.
- Google Play: After launching the app, the Premium Plan will be restored automatically.
